Valkyries Tryouts: Want to join the award winning Lynbrook Valkyries Dance Team? Come to the office and pick up your tryout packet or check the Valkyries webpage. Make sure you attend the informational parent/participant meeting on April 10th at 7pm. Tryouts/workshops will be April 23rd-26th. Hope to see you there!

Spring Concert: The annual Spring Choral Concert is Thursday March 22 at 7:30 pm-8:30 pm in our LHS auditorium. Tickets are $5 and available at the ASB office during lunch and brunch on Wednesday and Thursday and at the door. / C. Isola



Seniors: Applications for the California Seal of Biliteracy are now available. This is a state recognition for high school graduates who have achieved a high level of proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking a World Language in addition to English. Depending on how you will meet the eligibility requirements, you may or may not need to submit an application; applications are due by March 23rd. Students in grades 9 through 12!  Are you looking for a summer program, a job, a research opportunity, or a place to volunteer? All students are invited to attend the 3rd Annual Opportunity Fair being held on the quad during lunch on Wednesday, March 21. There will be over 24 program representatives to share their information with you. Don’t miss YOUR opportunity to participate!



Silsilay: Come out to Lynbrook’s 7th annual Indian Cultural showcase, Silsilay, on Saturday, March 31st in the Lynbrook auditorium. Tickets are on sale starting today; prices are $10 for the 2:00 pm show and $12 for the 7:00 pm. / P. Ellington


HEAL Medical Conference: Come to HEAL’s annual medical conference on Saturday, March 24th from 9 am to 1 pm in the LHS library. Cheer Team Tryouts: Cheer team tryouts for the 2018-2019 school year are April 3-6, from 5:30- 8 pm. There is a mandatory informational meeting prior to tryouts on March 21st at 7:30 pm in the cove. Lynbrook Cheer MOD Pizza Fundraiser: Come out and support your Lynbrook cheer team at Mod Pizza on Tuesday, March 20th! This event will run all day at the Westgate location.
